Yes, and I assume you live in France full time so you'll need access to those services at any time.
Our friends only visit for a couple of weeks at a time but, as I said, haven't done so for months now. Nevertheless, I'm sure you're right that they'll still have bills, etc., to pay. I don't know how they go along with that and I don't ask as that might be seen as prying.

My small pond which used to have fish, is now just a wildlife pond. Lost the fish to herons.

I have toads wanna swap for the little foglet..Great Photos, long time since we have seen frogs,mind you plenty of French ones we've seen here.....
