Now, while you're on a role, how about evidencing how the new covid strain started abroad ( which counters the articles provided by Annie), and then some specifics of how the spread to the uk is significantly due to illegal immigrants?
Neither the map you provided a link to, nor the associated article, made any reference to illegals.

So they are saying it was spotted in Brazil one of, if not the worst COVID managed country on the planet 8 months ago.
Never really spread there but got to Kent in the last couple of months and spread like wild fire and now the world are blaming the UK unfairly?

The odds are that this UK mutation had to happen in a country with poor Covid management.It could easily have been Brazil under Bolsenaro, USA under Trump but as it turned out it was UK under Bozo.
In all these cases right wing, populist leaders have not sought to eliminate the virus as they have in New Zealand, Vietnam, South Korea, China. Instead they have prioritised their economies and "managed" it a level to avoid unwanted headlines to appeal to their voter base and their childish egos.
With Bozo we have had herd immunity, corrupt PPE and test&trace, "eat out to help out". Gimmick after gimmick and lie after lie.
Covid never went away and now it seems it has mutated for the worse which is what happens if you have enough of it for long enough.
Bozo already has blood on his hands in the UK and now his incompetence is spreading global. He will never learn or change we need better.
