Number 5, Gravy and Yorkshire Puddings.....Yum...
No point cooking it if you have a less number than 5....Your stomach will thank you for it...And think of all the bugs that didn't die when it was just warmed up....

After I've consulted my bank manager on whether I can afford the luxury of having a joint of beef, it will be number 4 with a splash of beef gravy accompanied by a Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes.
