Yes. Apart from anything else I do outdoors, I make a point of sitting out in the sun every day for at least 30 minutes. So I get all the vitamin D I need

I'm getting a reasonable amount. Working a few days per week cuts it down quite a bit but I make up for it on the other days. As for sun light, not so much.

We should be grateful for this lovely spell of warm weather throughout May, it makes everything more bearable through these tough days.

We are out in the garden every day so we’re getting plenty of Vit D here.

We need rain. Sun is lovely, but the garden is getting drier every day. Yes, I do water, but a nice downpour would be very good.

I've been exposing as much flesh is as decently possible d00d, and then I leave Tesco and step into the sunshine....
I'm tempted to find a deserted beach somewhere and go au naturel....
