I actually feel sorry for people who smell. It means that they're either unaware, can't help it or don't care.

I know some medical conditions can make people pong a bit so those people can't help it. Those that are unaware maybe don't have anyone to tell them and the ones that don't care....if it's B.O. then lack of personal hygiene can be a sign of depression.

However, I stink of fags and I don't care I don't use public transport either.

Yes there were some wiffs of BO, when you are packed in tighter then sardines in hot weather its to be expected

But its part and parcel of commuting, you kind of got nose blind

Of course another reason for ponging is not changing your clothes often enough. Even if they wash, the clothes still smell.
