No Bluetooth in car and I do not use my phone in the car unless I pull over and stop.

Of the above all I could of been doing the only possibility is I may of being turning the radio up or down. But that's rather harsh.

This is most interesting.

I look forward to their response, as I can't imagine what they could possibly be trying to do you for if your speed was 0mph.

The one thing that occurs to me, that was mentioned above, was the possibility you did something - phone, adjusting seat or something else - whilst stationary.
