You're probably right Marian, in that we won't see it go to court, but I still think the charge would be of manslaughter rather than murder. It was her son after all, and she was incensed with rage and definitely didn't plan to kill him. That's the difference in this country between murder and manslaughter.

That trailer of the programme they showed the weekend before was crafty, that person I thought was the killer was a reflection of Sally in the mirror. Very crafty.
It certainly was a red herring.
