Artangel - that is not the child who was killed. That is a still from the film with Meryl Streep. Maybe there are H & S regs about filming babies under a certain age/size or something.

But Tabs, it says underneath that photo:

* "Lindy and Azaria Chamberlain at Uluru in August 1980." (supplied)


It doesn't say anything about actors posing.
It is very misleading.

ST, l did wonder that but l looked on Wikipedia and it states the pic is Azaria, with her mother Lindy.
I also wondered, if it was a pic of one of Azaria’s siblings?

Actually..... l think we must be looking at two different pics?

Meryl steep was made up to look like Lindy Chamberlain.
I see a little child being held up by it mother for the photo it looks to me like a very young child .

Here is an 11 week old child that still has the ‘stepping reflex’

Here is a photo taken at the same time of Michael Chamberlain holding the baby .
It’s looks much smaller here.
