I showed this to V just a few minutes ago and she said, "Isn't it lovely, we can sit back now we're out of the EU, and have a damned good laugh at their shenanigans?" I couldn't have said it any better.
I wonder which the other 3 member states are; the ones which are not disagreeing with the dictatorship!

I could guess, but I may be completely wrong.

There's a link in the Express report which shows the countries at fault.
According to that it leaves:
* Finland
* Greece
* Hungary

I think that the problems the EU are facing - vaccinations, etc - are all due to one basic disadvantage: SIZE.

27 countries all under one overall rule and regulations, yet each with its own interests and needs and each insisting on having its voice heard. The result is a very slow process in their trying to achieve anything.

It seems that the Germans are as unhappy as anyone about the EU's vaccination policy!

They are. Precisely 64% say that the vaccine disaster has harmed their view of the EU. And they're suffering. The interesting bit is the long-term implications, i.e, how long their disappointment will be, whether it will be compounded further, and whether there's Gexit in sight.

I can certainly understand that.

Who in their right mind wants an additional tier of government above their own, especially one that they cannot elect and which even elects itself (the Commission). That would be like our House of Lords having some real power which, thankfully, they do not.

Professor David McMillan of the University of Stirling explained: “One major City segment unaffected by Brexit is currency trading.

“While shares and bonds usually trade in the market where they are issued, currency trading takes place globally – mostly involving US dollar pairs, followed by pairs involving the euro and yen.

“The UK has 43 percent of the global forex market, and this has increased by six percentage points in three years.
