Healthy chips.

I cook mine in the actifry with a tablespoon full of olive oil.

Couldn't be more healthy than that - They're lovely.

How do you make your chips?

Re: Healthy chips.

I don't cook chips, I cook most things, but chips are the occasional delicacy reserved for eating out occasion.

I've googled actifry, and it looks like the kind of thing I'd rather not have in my kitchen. But should I ever pop round to yours Carol, salt 'n vinegar for me please.

Re: Healthy chips.

I chip my potatoes then I drizzle olive oil, add garlic and chilli powder with a dash of worcestershire sauce and mix them all round them I put them in the over. They are gorgeous and much lower in calories than fried chips. To be honest I don't like fried chips anymore as anything fried seems to not agree with me since I changed my diet 3 years ago. Oh and I put salt and vinegar on mmmmmmmmmmmmm
