‘It’s One Of Them’?

I keep hearing the phrase, ‘It’s one of them’, being used by many people lately.

So please, can someone tell me what is, ‘one of them’?

Mags, ‘It’s one of them’ is usually added at the end of their conversation about some dilemma that they or others are facing.

It’s like it’s one of the ‘in’ phrases, at the moment.
