Braising steak that I cooked overnight in my slow cooker. Will have that with some some small new potatoes sliced in half, placed on an oven rack and sprayed with one cal rapeseed oil, then dusted with salt and pepper before cooking for forty minutes at 170C (fan).

I love Braising steak as well, we had that the other day, but I cook mine in a Casserole dish with lovely gravy for 3 hrs. on 160c. it comes out beautiful.
