Trees are good for us
Another little snippet of information I have just read:" Tree-lined parks and green spaces in towns and cities can add years to people's lives, a major study has found.
Scientists say they help reduce the risk of diseases including heart disease and cancer!
They found that a relatively small increase in the amount of vegetation within walking distance, reduced the chance of early death by 4 per cent! "
So get out to be in some greenery, while we still can.
