Meanwhile in the UK ...

This in the Express today.

https://www.express.co.uk/news/polit...awal-agreement

https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-br...-idUKKBN1ZJ00L

Seems the EU are going into melt-down after hearing Boris Johnson and Sajid Javed confirming that the UK will not be aligning to EU standards after 31st January either. Oh well, never mind, who cares about the EU anyway

... as Boris Johnson asks for "deeper trade ties with Africa" ...

Why don't you change the record Solasch? We all know you're very much in favour of the EU but there are probably many, many others in The Netherlands who aren't.

Not just Geert's party. I'm willing to bet there are many more socialists and centrists wanting out of the EUSSR too.

There is.

Euroscepticism in the EU has been on the rise for years. As an example in France, Marine Le Pen got more votes than Macron in the EU Parliament elections. It wasn't just the UK that saw the increase in hostility to the EU.

People like Solasch are yesterdays men.

Just look up the outcome of the elections for europarliament. You will find the british are an outdying breed. Luckily you have admitted many from other countries who are prolific than you.

Over 1,400 European financial firms have requested permission to open up offices in the United Kingdom in light of the UK’s exit from the European Union.
