It is a joy to see.

Anyhow, she has invited me over to have Christmas dinner with them and her parents and her two sons.
I am chuffed to bits and really looking forward to such a lovely treat this year.
My son is picking me up, so I haven't even got to drive.

We are having a full traditional Christmas dinner, plus starters and pud. I know this, because they sent me a copy menu the other night.
How nice for you Mups. I hope you have a lovely time, it will be a nice change for you too.

Oh wow! That looks really yummy. What is in African fried rice?

If only we could have something other than the usual here but it's kind of impossible to cross that line for some reason. The funny thing is that nobody really likes turkey.

Hi

Guy has been in Taiwan for years, craves English Food.

Christmas Lunch will be complicated.

The Pretendies are having their favourites, myself and their parents are having Traditional Turkey , Goose and Trimmings.

Guy is having beef, lamb as well as the others and pigs in blankets.

Great Fun, best Christmas I have had in years.

Re: Christmas Lunch.

Oh yeah that is a funny thought. But it doesn't agree with some. I used to like it occasionally in good company. I can't remember my last toke but I do know it was about half my life ago. It was always an "outdoors at one with nature" thing with us. A central ingredient in the surf culture in which I was heavily embedded in my youth.
