Yes Stella, It's the same here as in Perth. In winter time here you need to have the lights on inside about 3 pm. Some days you need them all day especially if there's no sun.Yesterday it rained nearly all day and by 4.30 pm very dark outside.
I like the summer when we have daylight saving, but Perth doesn't have that.
