Yes, you're right Ania, I need my sleep. Never mind, I slept well last night and its a beautiful warm sunny morning and I feel happy. Mind you, the day is yet young . . . . . . !

Saw something on 'Huffington' Earlier today darlin' - to ensure a decent night's sleep - eat a banana before you go to bed.
