Its been unlucky for me this time ,had such a palaver with my bank card after booking a couple of day trips out ,the company i booked with phoned me back to say my card was declined.So i got onto my local bank who said i had to phone the number on back of my card which i did . Then after pressing this and that number for the right department it put me through to N answering machine and gave me my Balance .So had to press all the relavant numbers to get through when i did they wanted a security number , that took a while for me to remember then she said it was down to a wrong address being used .So gets back on to Coach company who says they putin right addressSo i decided to go draw money out go over to tour company and pay cash face toface ..on way there i got a phone call from fraud department from my bank to get in touch , by this time i felt like tearing my hair out .. When i got to paying i payed by card for my trips and everthing went through ok !,, the fraud department was all a recording too asking me to comfirm my last three payment were by me ..
