Phenomenum.

What a wonderful word PHENOMENOM , say it loud & there's music playing, say it soft & it's almost like praying.
You can shout & it sounds menacing. Whisper & it sounds like a baby breathing softly.
But beware, to the beginner for saying it before warming up the vocal apparatus can result in tongue tied ness & fatigue. The sound comes out like running up & down the lips with furious fingers.
Blop a lop little weed, comes to mind.

I only share this because so many EXCELLENT words get hardly a look in these days. e.g.
Honesty, integrity, accountability, transparency, fairness, trust to name just a few.
Years ago , the buzz word was "Schadenfreude". A German word allegedly having no direct translation, but meaning guilty pleasure, larfing at others misfortune.
The proverbial "Slipping up on a banana skin."

more later chums.

Re: Phenomenum.

For some ridiculous reason "phenomenum" makes me think of the music for the Muppets programme...

It's not ridiculous at all OU, it reminds me of the Muppets' tune also.
