Laugh at work last night

Been waiting for the sword to fall for a few weeks, been told there will be changes my boss reckons my cleaning patch has become too small due to people moving around the company or leaving. Well he came in last night reorganised our work areas and obviously expected me to kick off the way he said what he wanted me to do. Well my patch is smaller than ever and I have got rid of the board rooms which I hated doing (acres of glass and oak tables and a deep carpet the hoover hated).
He told one of my colleagues he was surprised I took it as I did, he was hoping I would leave but no I was smiling. Really gave me a laugh I foiled his plot again and got an easier life out of it too.
So now the awful bullying I went through couple of years ago, little plots to make me leave and latest move around and he still hasn't got rid of me

First laughing at work must be a stackable offence these days,

Secondly, just goes to show how well informed the boss is if he thinks hes made your life harder, out of touch as are many with their own employees.

No wage rise in the last 8 years and we have met the NMW about 2 years ago so yes it's been going down for 8 years so only seems fair I do less IMO. Pay me minimum you get minimum out of me.

Well done you - it's the best way.

Why does he want to get rid of you though Julie?
