Their 'friends' video it. The person videoing it is considered a bit of a hero in it all. Don't know about schools there, but here bullying is rampant. There is a case going to court today where one high school boy head butted another and knocked him out cold. His parents dragged the bully, the school and the education dept to court. Good on him. May I add here, that these are 'nice' schools. If you attend a rat bagschool, it's usually because you live in the area and your friends go there so you are used to being around ratbags. They know no different. Schools here are not zoned. They should be. As you can see on these videos the parents are as bad as the kids.
