Census Forms

Have you filled in your census?

They need to be returned by the 6th April or the census collectors will be paying you a visit.

Having said that do you think a census it really needed?

My view is yes it is but how do they know if they have been filled in honestly?

Ours is done AB, but I think it is a bit of a waste of money and time - there was nothing much in ours that they could not have found elsewhere, apart from if there was anyone else staying in the house on the 27th - and what use that is - who knows.
The question on religion is totally useless because is is voluntary, so how can they extract any accurate information from that - any stats they get from it will be completely useless.

Completed mine today ready to post tomorrow....a friend said she was going to have 'a bit of fun' with hers....goodness knows what she has done-also didn't realise she had to fill it in by law!

I did my census form 'on-line' two weeks ago.

Like Joe, I also did mine on line, quite easy and simple. They take you through it, giving you a big tick when each part is completed. I did it this way, because I was fearful of making a mistake or mess with my pen.
