Having left over mushroom and 5 bean casserole it’s lovely I’m throwing a bit of pasta in as there’s not much left 😂

Have just put a lovely Beef Casserole in the oven and will have Boiled Potatoes, Swede & Brussels with it.

Vegetarian shepherds pie, the kids always call it compost pie but they always clear their plates so it can't be too bad.
