A Pack of Foxhounds in full flight.

Just walking through the woods and heard the racket of 20 or 30 foxhounds baying in full run. Apparently they were following a trail of scent laid out but there is something quite visceral and scary about being almost in the path of large excited hunting dogs especially as there was no-one with them. They move extremely fast as well.

I was out one day in the woods with my dog when i was 14 when the hunt and pack came upon us, luckily i had him on the lead i was terrified they would attack him. I said some choice words to the hunters, till they departed.

Yes it was at a distance and they were moving fast- just lucky to get a focus- no time to change settings.
