has the price of your house fallen?

check here

https://www.zoopla.co.uk/house-prices/

Ours has dropped considerably(according to the above link), thank goodness we don't plan on selling up. It has gone down by £24,000 but who cares it will go up again, and still worth a lot more than we paid for it.

When prices bounce back up it will definately be a load more than the present reduction.

I honestly cannot see houses going on the market so often at the moment, house owners will be sitting tight until this dip ends

2 doors down the people who moved in not long ago are now in negative equity

Our property is nowhere near the average for our area, it's worth whatever someone is prepared to pay. The buy it improve, then move can be risky if you expect too much.

Think ours is worth the same & hasn't dropped, but I have no intention of moving anyway.

No! It’s gone up at least four times what we paid for it.

Guess mine is worth a lot more now than the 10,500 we paid in 1973.

I've got a tent, when I've finished with it I will burn it.

Said this till I'm Red in the face, if you have no intention of moving, it doesn't matter, if you are moving up-chain, lower prices are beneficial on differentials, lower prices are detrimental to, emigraters, inheriters, and Banks Balance Sheets.

According to their figures, it has increased by £38K that's without the refinements.
