Sprint for the finish

This made me feel quite inadequate.
I should be so fit now let alone at 94 yrs

Glad I watched that!

I used to like running. The most recent sprint I've done was yesterday when I dropped my cane and covered 4 yards in seconds after spotting my grandson about to open a carton of bright red sweet-and-sour sauce while climbing onto an upholstered chair. Almost miraculous!

Errrmmmm - what's running???? - don't even know the meaning of that word anymore. Was just 5 yards away from a bus at the bus stop the other day and I still managed to miss it.
