Fitness Goals!

Ok, there is far too much talk of ill health on this forum , sos I gonna post how much exercise I take each day and also display my race results (will be racing when close to my racing weight).

My goal - get down to my racing weight quickly - 9s 6lb.
My running goals - try to get a Welsh vest for my age group.

Might shock you to see what a body can do with the right nutrition.

Off now for my first run of the day - 6 miles easy.

As Gough Whitlam said, "I get all the exercise I need attending the funerals of those that do exercise."

Re: Fitness Goals!

Bah. What does it take to motivate you lot?

Just had a luvly run in the sun, saw lots of cyclists - people out walking - cows, sheep and birdies. 6 miles under my belt and another 6 this evening more than likely.

Diet = high carbo with a small amount of protein, which is a good diet for a runner.

Porridge - bread - popcorn - veggies - fruit - nuts.

Now for sum work - energised now .
