I'm very much looking forward to going to the cinema later with my friend Chris to see Downton Abbey. I've heard it's very good. Anybody who was a fan of the series has got to see the film - I can't wait.

Chris & I are going to the lunch time showing so we'll be taking a packed lunch with us. Our local Odeon is so luxurious with big leather armchairs and a table that swings in front of you to put snacks etc on. You can also lift the foot rest up to recline with your feet if you want ... We love having a picnic in the pictures..

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to swimfeeders, carol and all who may follow!

Another chilly, cloudy start. According to the forecast though spells of warm sunshine should be developing. Maximum temperature 21ºC.

I must get the grass cut but with it being damp this morning, possibly a grass frost, that’s not going to be possible until later!

If the weather holds - I will be in the garden - scaring the weeds.

If it rains - I'll be in the craft Room.

Good morning all going to be another beautiful day today. It’s my do as you please day, hubby goes out with his friend today all exapprentices who worked together in electrical engineering in Birmingham. They started meeting up once a month a few years back, he loves it. Me I can have a day relaxing. Have a good day every body.

Nice and sunny here but a bit chilly.

Nothing planned for today apart from gardening.

Have just put the new Garden Bench up in the garden.

Builder is coming this morning to refresh a brick wall and do some cementing.

Good morning everyone a perfect early autumn day.

I am off to have my hair dry trimmed then back to the garden.
I am itching to take down the runner beans while the weather is good so I can plant the garlic but there are still a few small beans trying to grow so I will have to be patient.

Also, some sewing to do taking up a pair of jeans to wear when walking Chloe on cold mornings.

Spent all day in the garden yesterday so every muscle aches today off to look at some stone later for a project I'm involved with...New stone rumbled so it looks older should be interesting, there's a nice pub near the stone yard too...so that's the diet blown

Good morning all another gorgeous day.

I cleared all the summer bedding plants from the back and front garden yesterday, it’s looking rather bare at the moment but much tidier. As a result, I have a few aches and pains this morning

Off to the surgery this morning for a blood test then a bit of shopping to do on the way home.
