If they had done it without knowing, and then apologised profusely when they were found out they might have got away with it. But to do it after being warned is complete arrogance, and they should be punished accordingly.

I agree Zuludog. People are quick enough to complain about foreigners trying to change our customs to suit themselves, so the same applies in this case. (when in Rome, etc . . .).
. If they were asked not to do that, but were stupid and ignorant enough to ignore this, they deserve to be punished.
Of course they would want photo's taken after their accomplishment, but why in the nude? It is totally unnecessary and disrespectful.

People who can't respect the laws of other countries deserve what they get in my opinion. Such disrespect is just awful.
