I think he's/she's said to have spent 70k on facial cosmetic surgery alone so ought to look good.

He was a decathlon Olympic gold medal winner too I think ... before he reinvented himself.
The minute I found out he was to do with the Kardashians it kind of explained all the hype to me.

To me he looks like exactly what he is, a man made up (and surgically altered) to look like a woman. I genuinely feel sorry for people suffering from this particular psychological problem, but I don't believe surgery is the answer. No amount of surgery will ever alter the fact that he is (genetically) a man and it will never change his chromosomal makeup from XY to XX. Surgery, makeup and womens' clothing may paper over the cracks but I don't think they will ever fully resolve the issue for him.
