When it first started I used to do it every time. But when they started getting greedy and made it twice a week, plus god knows what else, that was it for me. Never done it since.

I think they should cap the first prize, to ten million and share the rest out down the line, if it's a huge amount like that 90 odd million it could go on worthy causes after paying winners. Might be fairer, but, what do I know? I'm useless at maths.

We very rarely buy a lottery ticket. The other week I found a £1 coin in a jacket pocket and said to my hubby shall we buy a lottery ticket to be told it is now £2, so it went in the purse.

When the NL was a quid a time I would venture a punt twice a week. When they decided to put it up to two quid I stopped playing. The changes were made to appear in favour of the punters, when in fact it was the usual greed ridden money grab by the nobs. Don't expect the new rules will be much different either.

Greedy Camelot must think people are stupid, they are expanding the lottery numbers to 59, and a spokesman said people will have a better chance of winning, if it is hard to choose 6 numbers from 49 it will be a lot harder to choose them from 59.

Old Father Greed flexes his muscles again and makes a dash for it upping the ante, followed by all his greedy offspring chasing the big time, many are called but very few are chosen.

It never ceases to amaze me that so many people throw away money so easily. I have never been inclined to contribute to Camelot's coffers.
