I watched something on TV recently where a seriously obese man was giving his wife hell for not supplying him with the food he wanted and the NHS in that area paid for counselling for him and for him to have a personal trainer to help him get physical and lose weight.
Seems to me it's another case of the post code lottery; some patients get a better deal than others. About time they standardised care across the board so everyone can get the help they need.
