Driverless cars.

In the future there could be driverless cars on the road, if you had such a car and it was in an accident with another driverless car, who would be deemed responsible and how would the insurance companies work it out, non serious answers only please.

Re: Driverless cars.

Well, if one car had a female sitting in the drivers seat (control seat) then her. If both cars had a female sitting in the drivers seat then both. If both cars have men then it must have been a computer malfunction.

depends what the 'pet' names of the cars where. Like "pinky" versus "Karl" well obviously pinky would be at fault?

Theoretically two driverless cars should not be in an accident with each other should they because their sensors should prevent them getting that close to each other .

Sorry I am in a serious mood tonight
