Yazidi women being taken for use as sex slaves.

Time to stop it.
Horrendous - there appears to be some quite young ones selected too. Can it be stopped though?

I am not a great fan of Blair, however it does show what happens when you try regime change.

Pity he did not realise this when he was Prime Minister.
Another tax avoidance scheme posing as a pseudo legitimate organisation.

God I wish I hadn't seen that
I'm not a violent person, not at all, but this makes me feel that I could gladly machine gun down all those filthy men and rescue the poor bloody women.
These are the refugees I'd be proud to support and even accommodate.

Re: Syria conflict; how would you vote.

From the Tony Blair Foundation link

Sixty per cent of major Syrian rebel groups are Islamist extremists
Our study of 48 rebel factions in Syria revealed that 33 per cent - nearly 100,000 fighters - have the same ideological objectives as ISIS. If you take into account Islamist groups (those who want a state governed by their interpretation of Isamic law), this figure jumps to 60 per cent.

Unless Assad goes, the Syrian war will go on and spread further

Despite the conflicting ideologies of the rebel groups, 90 per cent of the groups studied hold the defeat of Assad's regime as a principal objective. Sixty-eight per cent seek the establishment of Islamic law in Syria. In contrast, only 38 per cent have the defeat of ISIS as a stated goal.

Hi

Therein lies the problem, the idiot is still insisting Assad goes, which just prolongs the war, more innocents suffer and the extremists expand.

ISIS did not have a chance when Assad was in power, he would have killed them without a thought, the same with Sadaam Hussein.

The obvious solution is to back off, let Assad keep his place for now, eliminate as many ISIS as possible and then let Assad go quietly.

The longer this idiotic war goes on , the worse it will be for the innocents.
