Like this one .... to check a cars MOT history.
It's good .. very detailed. I ran Mr M's old Vectra through it.
When I get bored I'll do all the neighbours cars

Thanks for that Morti - a good link. Have printed off mine for future reference mainly MOT failures due to damaged suspension caused by potholes and excessive use of speed bumps.

Thanks Morti.

Well impressed, my car hasn't failed an MOT since its first in 2010 and only one advisory, a tyre.

Hi

We could have a thread on how to use a Sat Nav?

How to leave a petrol pump without spending 5 minutes checking your hair and lippy before moving off?

Re: Do we need a Motoring section?

I would like to know about the new diesel rules when they come out and if we should be buying new diesel cars? And the impact on resale values, also what cities have implemented what rules...right now they all seem to be considering different ones.

Tpin, you may be fibbing, did not the MOT Tester give an advisory when you took the Mazda in "SELL IT", before it's to late.

Re: Do we need a Motoring section?

Car topics.

I think my car is a Renault, how can I tell for sure?

Should I know my neighbours by the car they drive?

We live in a close where I know half the people but don't take much notice of the car they drive. I don't want to be unsociable and not give the people I know a wave as they drive by but I can't often see who is in the car, so I wave at everyone who drives by. Those who don't know me must think I'm daft, especially visitors, delivery drivers etc.
