it is still annoying though that you have had to spend time sorting a mess which was not of your own making .

What was starting to annoy me is that they said yes to the refund it'll be in your account within 14 day... it took 2 days over a month
Imagine if the money Andy put in my bank to cover the DD the following week and a bit more so i'd have something to spend was lent by someone else who desperately needed it back in that fortnight! I'd have been in a total panic as it wasn't there.

You still need the bank to admit they were wrong afterall they by their incompetence made you go overdrawn and charged you £25 for being a good customer who never goes in the red. They have all of your contact details and before this £300 was paid they should have got your authorisation as it was (a) an unusual amount and (b) was going to make you overdrawn which was an unusual occurance.19-10-2011, 12:44 PM

Cant be bothered Cate.. They know they were wrong and have put something on my account at my request that is normally reserved for continually naughty people that keep going overdrawn... However I made a request to have it so no one can take more than I have.

Maybe Mags but im just not up for even more quoting this and that and the other lol Ive got lazy of late and just dont want or need the palava!!! Was just chuffed conkers that my debt was cleared through them making an error in the first place! I bet the boy that did it got a flea in his ear lol|
