I had planned on getting out in the garden today but we've had rain overnight & everywhere's wet!!

Maybe we'll just go a drive to Home Bargains in our local town & stockpile toilet paper, soap & hand wash gel....

Good morning Carol, Back off to the hospital again today for a kidney scan, no food after 9am until my scan just after 3pm this afternoon.

Good Morning everyone,

Pouring with rain here too, Carol, likely to last all day.

I have just put some celeriac , onions, and garlic on to cook - will make into to soup later. Also stuffed a couple of small chicken breasts with butter, herbs and garlic, when I have ground the spices I will coat the chicken in spice and breadcrumbs to make Southern Fried Chicken Kiev for dinner tonight.

Then - if the cats will allow me onto the sofa - I shall curl up and watch DVDs.

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all!

Wet underfoot and breezy here. The forecast is for it to be cooler than yesterday with brisk winds. Any residual rain soon clearing, then a mixture of sunny spells and showers. Maximum temperature 12ºC.

It's the weekend so staying away from shops, far too busy, busy. Another ‘me’ indoors day I expect so nothing exciting.

Good morning all, rain overnight here but cleared now to a forecast of sunshine and showers.

We were planning on a trip to Leicester today to visit family, but our dog Alfie has injured himself and we won't leave him so the family is coming here instead. I'll have to nip out soon and get some meat and veg but apart from that all is good..

Good morning everyone a bright and breezy start after a night of rain.

I managed to get Chloe trimmed and bathed yesterday so a good job done. I will be catching up on the housework today.

Making sunday dinner for daddy then me and the hubby are off to look round shops. Home afterwards to relax and watch some Netflix.
