It was Galey here this morning and raining gallons as it was last night so went to Hexham for shopping. All the Christmas things are in now and lovely they look and expensive as well. we dont need a lot but have to watch the dates as some things are up before Christmas.Sorry this reads a bit disjointed.14-12-2011, 11:27 PM

Been a calmer day weather-wise today after strong winds last night-seemed to die down around 3am-couldn't really sleep as they were battering my bedroom window!Usual walk this morning, off to the Vets after dinner to pick up Hatti's food then another short walk this afternoon with my friend-was glad to get home it was so cold. Got a nice surprise in the post this morning.....a cheque for 38p! Used to have a savings account with Egg Banking years ago. Apparently Barclays have taken them over and this was the amount left in the account which I closed. Now, big decision what to do with this amount of money?????!
