Now that I have seen the pics of the place, I can understand why someone might expect to find public loos there. It's a big place and looks like a centre of some sort; but, it's still up to them whether they do it or not.

Bloody disgrace that is.
And all the more reason pubs and the rest should allow people other than their actual customers on the day use their Loo facilities.
