OAPs Behaving Badly

Watched this program on Channel 5 tonight, I found it very uncomfortable viewing. It has put me off trying to find a new partner as it seems that there are some strange goings on out there in the over 50's and especially over 60's world.
Am I being prudish? I never used to be but, surely one has to mellow with age and behave with a little decorum. I felt sorry for the families of the people attending "swinging" parties.

It takes all sorts and of course this show looked for the most outragous of people.

There is the beige brigade at one end of the spectrum and the swingers at the other but between the two is a lot of middle ground.

I only saw the ads but I have to say I don't recognise the behaviour in anyone I know of that age or even younger so please don't let it put you off.

People IMO don't actually change they age so if they were promiscuous when they were young they will remain so when they are older. If people are decent kind people who shudder at the thought they will be like that all their lives too. So chances are there is a partner out there for you who has watched that and been just as put off as you were.

Just need to find him.

I'm a bit of a fan of on line dating really, you can get some idea of a person before you meet them, just do it safely by making sure someone knows where you are meeting the person or even goes with you.

Well I thought they made a quite a spectacle of themselves. Especially that old chap dancing at the gym (or wherever he was). It made me cringe when he kept slobbering over any girl that stood still for more than 10 seconds. He was kissing everyone full on the lips as well. It obviously made him happy, but did he care a fig about the girls feelings?
When will some men understand women are not only there for their pleasure?
I wouldn't want to be stuck in a lift with him for long!

I wouldn't want to watch any of it either. It seems a bit desperate and pathetic for pensioners to make a show of themselves in order to copy teenagers - if that's what it's all about. What may be amusing in a 20 year old just doesn't work with someone who should know better and behave with some dignity. My view, anyway.

I didn't watch it, but am getting the gist of it here. I personally think that a particular dating site has a lot to do with these "oldest swingers in town". It's almost like an online brothel. It's stomach turning, but each to their own.
