Yes Barry, I even had that! I was eventually done at 1 hr 15m, and several times pleaded with them to get the order sorted, I am unwell and want my bed. I was so wound up that I only lasted half an hour, before getting up and doing more indoors.I reckon I spoke to 3-4 different people. The first call I was cut off after 20 minutes, so then I had to explain this all again. I think each agent said ‘not a problem’. Why is my address not a problem?

littleannie, That has happened to me too. I eventually got to number one and then went back up to number three! When l got back down to number one, they took ages to answer!
