Do any of you watch it ?
Used to be a nice little tradition, but do people bother so much these days ?

Do sometimes listen too the Alternative Queens speech bit more relevant than Liz s spoutings.

I never bother these days, most of it has been on the news anyway before the official broadcast, I don't know why they do that really, a bit like being told who did it before the whodunnit even starts.....

I always remember my dear old grandad making us kids be quiet so he could listen to the Queens Speech.
I also remember he used to his radio on Saturdays, for the football results and filling in all the scores on his coupon. Lovely man he was.

We use to stand up for the National Anthem in the cinema in my youth today we have no respect for monarchy, church or most forms of authority. Britain is becoming a shabby whinging bitter place. I'm glad I'm old.
