Snails.

Hi

Not seen any until now, but with todays rain and it being milder they have erupted all over the place.

The Doff Snail Killer is out on the garden now.

Aww Swimmy, that's a bit harsh is it not? Copper wire or Vaseline would do the trick in keeping them out

Haha! Ok, what about Vaseline, Vicks, Petroleum jelly then Just chuck them snails all out, and put it down round the edges so they won't come back in....guess its a bit late now, but for the next lot...? Saves on having to pick up the shells too, see...efficient and cheap!

Hi

Warmer and wet today, I haven't seen them before today either.

The covers came off the raised beds yesterday, so that might be it.

I've been finding them in the garden for a few weeks now, and slugs as well.

Now the blighters have got in my zip up grow houses and have been munching away on the seedlings in there!

Re: Snails.

I found a few slugs under bricks that have been in the garden under a hedge awaiting to be put under pots of veg that are still shivering indoors. This weather is really annoying.
