Yes indeed I did Ania, you are correct that is a true test, however the chap who distills it comes from a long line of true Tipperary moonshiners and he only does it because he can and for the heck of of it, he trains horses for a living. It's the clearest poteen you have ever seen, there are a lot of chancers trying it now and you have to be careful of what you are getting, my late dad wouldn't touch any other but this stuff and he was 94 when he died.
It's also great for rubbing on your chest if you have a bad cold.
