They are certainly intransigent.

During the Corona crisis Eitihad the national carrier of the UEA sent two plane loads of equipment and medicines to the Palestinian Arabs, but the Palestinian Authority refused to collect the aid citing it would be regarded as normalization between Israel and the P.A.

Talk about cutting off your nose ........

So it is sent by the Israelis to the sea port of Ashdod where it will go to the Gaza .( as opposed to the West Bank )
