I think you will find the duke has already done a thread about being "ready to die" Lochsong.

Another one has also just started about funeral plans.

I feel quite old and morbid all of a sudden . . .

It varies , some days I do some days I don't.
I am more scared of 'not being there' and missing things if that makes sense
It's a bit like reading a book and knowing you will never get to find out what happens in the end

Oh I don't do that - just crosses my mind occasionally. I worry about the cats should I kick the bucket. No one would care about them.

No, I'm not scared of dying. The thing that upsets me most, though, is that my wife will be heartbroken.
