To much cloud cover my way last night, also unable to get too the coast, so nothing for me, willl be checking around to see if others managed anything.

(BTW what did you think of my suggestion about a scooter, even only temporarily, I thought it would help you get about better again)?

Not much visible here last night it was overcast...

Yes Mups it can be seen further South on some occasions, as for the scooter its a non starter im afraid, not that i would not mind one but my finances would not allow it.
Meg since theses Aurora watch sites have been about there are many more chances of an encounter. hard part is spending half the night in the cold hoping for a glimpse.
