Don't think I would, just incase you have to take more medication later.

I zonked out and had a nap. Back out of bed now. The real test will be tomorrow but it does feel a bit different this time. (as in better different)

There's a rumour going round that the common cold (which is also a coronavirus) gets a positive test result. Could that be the reason that some people report no, or very few symptoms? Plus, it would be unlikely that they would be admitted to hospital, hence the low hospital attendance in this recent outbreak...
That would certainly screw up the figures if it was true...
