Wow! It is hot and sticky already - and due to reach 80f by lunchtime. Sorry, all you sun worshippers, but I have had enough of this!

Hospital appointment this morning for a wound and dressing check. Hopefully they will let me out of quarantine after that

Good morning everyone, hot here already too, but a cooler forecast at at mere 27deg...

Just off to the woods for an hour then a bit more work on my diy project until late morning, after which my mum is visiting for lunch.

Good morning everyone

Another glorious day....I'm picking up my little two year old grandson from nursery after lunch today and he is staying over....I know it's against lockdown rules but my granddaughter is seeing a specialist in London later and they won't be back till late ....so needs must. I love having him so it's a treat for me

My little house goes on sale later today so it's a busy time for me...have to admit I'm doubting selling it now but I'm a great believer things will turn out ok ....so I'll just go with the flow

Good morning all what a night! It was so hot neither of us could sleep. The torrential rain storms have done nothing to clear the air.

Today the council has started tarring the pavements outside our houses so it’s just as well we are not going out anywhere. . I love the smell of tar so will have the front door open a little so the tar fumes waft in.

I’m expecting a Sainsbury’s grocery delivery 6-7pm this evening.

Good morning everyone gosh it is humid this morning.
I had trouble getting the PC going this morning , I think the storms may have affect the broadband .

I am expecting a waitrose delivery shortly, with oh joy ice cream something i never buy but a treat in this hot weather .
I thought they might have sold out but I got luck with their own coffee which is heavenly.

I want to do some cleaning, putting the vacuum cleaner on in this heat just adds to the discomfort so I am cleaning in short bursts.

It has been a wonderful winters day, 22'C, which shows that spring is nearly here.

Got some washing and a bit of shopping done.
