How do you get spit off a birthday Cake?
Yes, you all know how it got there!
All my lovely "Grandies" helped me blow out the candles - and then again, and then again!
Luckily no false teeth were chucked up onto the top!

It sounds like you had the very best kind of birthdays, Ted!
Aside from breaking out a chain saw to remove the upper half, you are just going to have to dig right in!

If they're all family, it doesn't matter. How many times have you (or your mum) spat on a hanky to wipe something off your face?
Get stuck in to the cake and enjoy the extra icing (frosting to our American cousins
)

You could do what I ALWAYS do..
Take the icing and marzipan off your slice and just eat the sponge!

Give the Grandies the icing and eat the rest, all of it!

What made matters worse was when I spotted a 3 year old GGS nicking the Smartie, off my slice, whilst he was carrying it over to my chair.
When I shouted "OY" he took it out of his mouth and handed it back to me!
